Credits "start at $1 each, and go as low as $0.78 each depending on how many you purchase". Two free standard credits arrive every four hours, capped at two held at once, and carry no guarantee.
Premium credits do. The recipient must respond within 72 hours, listen at least 60 seconds, and either approve or write 20 or more words of feedback, or the credit returns to you. Money refunds are narrow: within 24 hours of purchase, nothing once credits are spent, and credits expire after twelve months.
